The Beloved: “Let us embark upon another journey into the mind and its workings. You have been told before how the mind is a gift from the Infinite Spirit, bestowed upon you at conception by the Mother Spirit of your universe. This Mother Spirit is the Consort of Michael, also known as Jesus, who is in fact and actuality the Ruler of the universe your planet, Urantia, meaning earth, belongs to. Together they are the Creators and Spiritual Parents of all their created and evolving beings.

Always keep this in mind, for even after you have left this local universe after your preliminary education to become a full-fledged young spirit, one who is able to explore those greater universes beyond, they will always be interested in you as your Parents although no longer so intensely involved in your welfare. Other Ancient Wise Ones, will take you under their wings as a young beginning spirit, even though eons of time may meanwhile already have passed on the road to perfection.

To go back to the matter of mind, with each step on the rungs of heaven's ladder of progress, you will receive an additional mind endowment so you will continue to be able to comprehend many things which at the present time remain a mystery to you. A sound mind is to be highly prized and it is your responsibility not to squander this even in this beginning foundational life. It is so very tempting to imbibe chemicals that are detrimental and can lead to sustained damage. Anything which prevents you from thinking clearly ought to be avoided. This cannot be stressed enough, because your mind is a very delicate instrument that is easily stressed, especially even more so when indulging in negative and harmful thoughts like anger, fear, intolerance, downright hostility, etc.

The mind functions best when it is in a state of gratitude, so check often what thoughts you entertain and if you are having a happy and fearless disposition, one who travels and strives for a well-balanced character through the earthly journey. If something does not feel right, turn within, and seek My presence to be encouraged to go forth into yet another day, knowing that all is well. Please, do not forget that I, your inner Guide, am always here for you.”
