Okay how do I make contact

Hi all, I have been seeing the time prompts for a good couple of years now, they range from 11:11 for the past 2 years and recently 4:44, 5:55, 3:33,2:22, 10:10, 23:23, 22:22, 1:11.

How can I find out what is been asked from me, how can I help my Guardians, what is it they want?

Its like hearing your name being called, you go to answer but no reply......it gets frustrating, dont get me wrong I know im being looked after but I wish I could find out what I can do to help.

Well I hope someone can give some advice.

meditation is the way to go.... learning to still the mind in order to hear them better/clearer.

also, believing....having faith that they really do exist....is helpful too

just follow your heart,,,keep going into stillness and meditation,,,

Sorry I havent been on the forum for a while. I know that my spiritual growth has excelled in the past couple of months, I think this is becuase i have come to trust and let go of alot of issues that are too big for me to handle.

Attainment of ones focus is like a triangle with each side of the traingle reresenting the physical, mental and spiritual. Only when all these are in balance can a traingle display its supirior strength, therfore we as beings feel in tune and in focus once we have learned this balance. (I hope that makes sense)

I just want to share that I'm not one for meditation and I know I've past an incredible point of spiritual development. I'm not going to share much of it because of those who believe it would compromise my safety, but I'm just going to stress that meditation is not fundamentally important for everyone's internal growth. The way you live you life, and view + treat others plays a much more important role. Don't over think it; but rather let it happen naturally. Live in accordance to you ideals and follow your inner (and highest) code of ethics.

Rachael, you are entitled to your opinion, but note that you disagree with The Creator of All as to how best to advance spiritually. If you choose to read the archived messages on the website, you would discover this. If anything is repeated, its stillness and learning to connect to the Prime Source. This happens in a meditative state. You are essentially saying that prayer has no value. A VERY big call.

I don't have a great impression of this form because I've seen a meditation cd advertised over and over again, which I know costs something.

Do you know how little it costs, and that a large part of it is postage? And do you know we offer free other forms of meditation?

The first sign you've reached this point is when you get scared many times over (in one week)

I have never seen fear put forward as a sign of positive spiritual growth. As it happens fear destroys our spiritual connections, and returns you to the animal realm.

sure you can obtain spiritual enlightenment without meditation, maybe ? ....but, that is a road that i will not take...for it will be a loooong one...

i have opted to go take the shorter, more direct route,,,,straight to Parent via meditation....

It takes time to move forward with meditation, it takes committment. Unless you have Our Creators phone number I dont know any closer connection than meditating and going within. I AM is in you just open the airways.
