11:11 Angels Message Board

I'm so sorry to have to bring you this bad news... but the board has lost someone very precious to those of us fortunate enough to be on the message board during the years she served as a moderator here. Our dear Petra passed on to the next realm on November 8th. 

Petra made everything funny. She just had a way with spinning a yarn...a natural born storyteller, she was. It was her gift. She could lighten a mood with one simple paragraph... But she was so much more than her hilarious stories surrounding her life experiences. She was a loving wife and mother to beautiful children, now all grown with lives of their own. And cook...OMG, while I was fixing sandwiches for lunch, she was treating her family to gourmet dishes whose names I couldn't pronounce. The photos always looked delicious. Pet could draw too. She did a pencil sketch of Princess Diana, whom she met years ago when her first child was a baby. There's a story with that, too, but I won't go into it here.

Funny, all this love in my heart, and yet, I never met her in person.  People who think internet friendships are less meaningful than face-to-face friendships couldn't be more wrong... Petra helped me through some tricky times, befriending me and allowing me to enjoy her family...with photos and drawings when I was estranged from my own. There were so many great memories.

My heart goes out to her husband, Phil, their children, Thalia, Mathilda, Manny, sister Sue, and her other siblings.
I'm thinking the Mansion Worlds will never be the same.  Without a doubt, Pet will live her Morontia existence to the fullest. 
Rest well, and be at peace, dear friend. You've left a special mark on all of us. We will see you again. You are loved beyond measure!

Sandy - that is such a perfect expression of our Pet! She had a way of making us laugh even if she was 20 feet down a rabbit hole. There must be some kind of crazy party going on up there right now! You are SO right about internet friendships - I think we share truths with each other that we might not otherwise share. Those friendships run deep. We may go distant for long spans of time, but those friends always are on your mind.

Thank you for this update. I came in right near the end of that group- Petra, Geoff, George, Michelle, Anne and even Sammyjo- so nice to see you again. There are a few others I can't recall at the moment...

It is a special group of people for sure. Sending love and prayer ~

It's a shock when suddenly you lose someone you think will always be there.... It's as if you think you can pick it up anytime... life gets in the way sometimes, and you save it for another day that never seems to come.
We never know how much time we all have left. So, tell those people you care about that you love them and do those important things like keeping in touch with people who are important to you...the wash, the dishes, and the leaves can wait...
I love you guys...always will.

I hope everyone is doing fine. I miss this place so
much - back in the day.

Geoff messaged me a few months back to let me know about Petra. It was such a shock.

I had a little encounter after he told me but as usual we are never sure if it is Ai in this day and age

After he messaged me the news I went back to sleep and woke up to a vision of a woman leaning over me in bed like she was saying hello. I picked up my phone to look at my clock and it was 22:22pm I laughed to myself and said hey yeah that’s definitely Petra saying hello. I closed my eyes and went back to sleep. Five minutes later my phone pings to say that someone liked a comment that I left on a post on tiktok. It said Petra Wilson liked your comment.

I don’t care if it was Ai nonsense, lol to me the way it happened, seeing the numbers and the woman over my bed before that made me believe.

We always used to say to each other years ago, that if someone ever passes that we promise to let each know here that it is all real, we used to laugh about it.

I hope it was a sign

Hello Sarah!
It is soooo good to feel your presence on the board. Funny, I was thinking about Petra just before coming to the board today. When you told us what happened after Geoff called to tell you the sad news, I felt the gentle touch of spirit. I have no doubt it was Pet saying hello to you. It would be something she would do.

We were all so blessed to have had this board time together. It was life-changing, even affirming, for me, if it makes any sense. Life has a way of pulling us in a million directions, but underneath it all, we still have each other, and the times we share/shared. From your experience with Pet, even death doesn't change that. Good to know, eh?
