This is a wonderful train of thought. To attempt to describe it would only diminish the impact and do the author a disservice. Trust me on this on and just read it. David has a capacity to dwell on on the nature of our human experience in such a way that he comes to profound truths that have a spiritual impact for me but he isn't a 'spiritual' author. I find myself incorporating his unique point of view into my own worldview on quite often. That's akin to telepathy.
