Perhaps one can argue this is not really a "spiritual" book. It seems in passing that the author dismisses an experience that his sister has with a clairvoyant, so it seems he's not pushing that barrow.

But if you are a student of human behaviour, its a fascinating book. No trite formula here, and one certainly gets the impression that the folks that set themselves up as analysts of why we do things, are brave folks. Yes you may pick up a few titbits of analyst speak, but mostly its just about seeing how weird we all are. I loved it.
