The Top 10 Insights from the “Science of a Meaningful Life”

UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center is an academic research branch into areas such as positive emotion, empathy, gratitude etc, in short all those aspects of ourselves that have to to with personal and collective well-being. This is a rather long article that lists ten of the significant insights from their studies in 2013. There are links galore and many TEDTalk type videos that accompany the article.
