The Mastery of Moral Law

After discussing morals, law, war and peace, I was able to create the following three lines about three aspects of morality (or law in general):
Intention is the spirit of law. Enforcement is the substance of law. Consequence is the stroke of law.
Without intention, we are frivolous. Without enforcement, we are frail. Without consequence, we are fixed.
To master moral law is to maintain correct intention, ensure balanced enforcement and understand consequence of action.
