After discussing morals, law, war and peace, I was able to create the following three lines about three aspects of morality (or law in general):


Intention is the spirit of law. Enforcement is the substance of law. Consequence is the stroke of law.

Without intention, we are frivolous. Without enforcement, we are frail. Without consequence, we are fixed.

To master moral law is to maintain correct intention, ensure balanced enforcement and understand consequence of action.

How does this translate into making moral decisions? One must retain pure intentions, manifest will wisely and observe the consequences of actions. Analyzing your intentions keeps you making decisions for the right reasons. The execution of action must be planned out. And as the effects of action unfold, one must be capable of knowing why such has occurred and if behavior should be altered.
