I have been having some blocks latley during meditation,just old stuff popping into mind. I was always grrrr,why threwout meditation!?

I would always feel worried about this and I am sure Nebadonia spoke to me giving me reassurance,not too worry,God loves me.God knows my heart. She speaks so loving and gives you much peace and happiness.Thankyou mother Nebadonia.

I skipped like a lil girl out of my AC.

Felt energy too and asked my gaurdian to show me he was there,felt a lil swipe to my face and eye lashes. It was more like an energy moving over my face.Not a hand.

From the lil course Donna gave us,she talked about feeling from your heart center. I picture light comming from my charka(sorry if I spelling that wrong) and it helps a great deal to get closer. Feel the energy connecting to God.

Oh Heather Mother Nebadonia is such a beautiful presence isn't she? I had absolutely no previous experience I guess you could say, with Mother Spirit until a few years ago. I was fieeling this increasingly strong desire to get to know her so one day in meditation I talked to her and poured out my feelings. Suddenly like a whoosh in my heart there she was ( it is kinda hard to explain isn't it?) It was a beautiful moment for me, to realize that she has been with me all along, definitely one of those aha moments that I'll never forget.

Thanks Sandy,yes the feelings you get at times are hard to explaine,I have always told myself,I need a poet.

Amazed and awesome are some words I have about all of this.
