I've been focussed on Love (as in the open heart) and what happens when we achieve that state for a long time. I should like to live in a permanent state of that consciousness. Tune in next week ...

Hey you two, I used to practice open heart exercises and was pretty good for a while, it was so easy
for me to connect with lots of people at work, interacting with all/most of the customers after
sticking with it for some time. I even felt profound feelings of love from out of nowhere.
