This is a wonderful 'graphic essay'. It will only take a second to see if it strikes a resonant chord in you. Take a look...

You know it feels slow but I'll bet when you reflect on your past you have made amazing strides. In fact I'm willing to assert that this is one of the great benefits of living on this world. It is the 'Gold's Gym" of spiritual growth.

That's a great way of describing our time here, Welles!! I have made some progress and feel that I'm kind to most...and just exhaustingly treading water with some people....in regards to undestanding them. Looking and truly seeing are such different things aren't they....things are not always as they appear on the surface...I try not to be judgemental of those who upset my personal applecart, now realizing that it's best to just move on. Wishing them well.

Harbouring resentments just makes life miserable....I have a lot of forgiving to do....one part of me freely forgives...then another wants to go back there again .....only if I interact with them...so its best to row my canoe in a different direction. Learning....ever learning .....to trust again....sometimes it feels too difficult to change and let it all go. It's always my own ego hurting me over and over.....this little mouse has to jump off the treadmill of reacting the same way ....a good cry or belly laugh is long over due for me.
What a workout!!

I feel sometimes that I am on the mat of Life's spiritual gym, warming up and trying desperately to touch my toes that are still light years away from my fingers.

Yep, I have to sit down to touch my toes.
I can't even touch them sitting down...

but not giving up.
We'll get there, Sandy!!

Yep, some day we will be "spiritual acrobats" and wondering what all the long faces were about in the important "early lessons."
Love,
Sandy

Bend your knees. There's no rule about keeping your knees straight!
