A message of love and a kindness

Hey all! I just wanted to tell you about a recent experience. It made me smile despite how poor the moment felt. The angels really came through for me loud and clear!
We recently had to put down our sweet cat. She was still young at 12 years old, but she developed a kidney infection that she just couldn't overcome. We went into debt to try to save her-as some of you know I take my pets very seriously-and for awhile it really seemed that she would pull through. Then last week she took a turn for the worse, and the test results came back indicating there wasn't a real chance of recovery. So we made the decision because she was in a lot of pain.
It was pretty emotional for me; I held her as she went and all the emotions of whether it was the right thing and whether I had been good enough to her in her life went through my mind. My husband walked me out to the car afterward and as I got in I just happened to glance at the clock - 4:44. I felt as if someone had just given me an incredible hug. I am so thankful for our angel and midwayer friends who are always there and who can take the time to comfort a silly woman who loved her cat. I can't wait for the day when I can hug them back
