About 1 hour ago I just Astral Projected for about 3 seconds before being sucked back into my body. It happened when I was on the brink of awareness that this motion of flying forward, I seriously thought my whole bed was shoved forward, thats exactly how I can describe it, but then I as I was 'bungee corded' back into my body I opened my eyes and found out my bed was exactly where it always is, and I'm laying on my right side facing the wall. Right after this experience, I heard, and felt a subtle buzzing, and related it to what I read about Astral Projecting, and that you can hear a buzzing sound, and was astounded.

Note: My eyes were closed during the forward flying part, so I didn't get to see anything out side my body. But after I came back to my body, my mind felt so calm, not 1 thought ran in, and It was amazing.

something similar happened to me sometime back, bout a year or so
but i never knew it was called Astral projecting
what is Astral Projecting?

Thats an awesome but scary feeling if you dont know whats going on. i felt my soul lift out of my body for like a second in a half while i was sleeping. well half sleep, idk how to explain it lol!
