I woke up this morning and when I looked at the clock on my TV converter and it said 199, but it was actually a little after 4:00 in the morning. I kept staring at this number and it was so clear..............but when I looked at my alarm clock it read 4:03. Then I looked back at the other clock and it read the same as the other. Does this mean anything? It is so weird.

That is certainly a unique one, Angel. I looked it up on this site

This is what the author, Doreen Virtue says...
1's and 9's, such as 119 or 991 - A new door has opened for you as a product of your thoughts. You have the opportunity to stare your thoughts in the face and come eye-to-eye with your own creations. Let the old fall away, as it is replaced with the new in accordance with your desires.
