Silly me! What I meant was can you "look at yourself". I guess the answer is yes. (You'll have to excuse my brain tonight...long day of digging deep, and WAY past my bed time).

I slept, had a cup of coffee...and my brain is functioning slightly better
I guess I got it in my head that one invites others into their AC to help them.
I am familiar with the saying "healer, heal thyself" - the idea of that seems selfish when I try to work on myself, no matter how many times or ways I've seen it. But I would like to take a "deeper look" at myself...deeper than I can seem to get on a 'conscious' level.
It seems natural/easy to help others. But working on myself seems a bit foreign... So if you want to work on yourself, do you invite celestials to come work with you?
Any thoughts?

Yes, The first patient ever to arrive in the workshop was me, so I cleared my own chakras and asked for balance within!

so.....that is what i did. i went to AC and healer/Teacher showed up to help me heal myself....
