Sign or Not To Sign?

Yes to sign or not to sign is the question!!!
Well I haven't posted for a while, but often pop in to read other threads.
My prompts are many each day, today among other prompts I had this one prompt that I am not sure whether to read into something or not!!!
I have been on the market trying to sell my property, and the real estate agent dropped a contract around this morning that is sitting on my table to consider. It is an offer $44K under (a sizeable drop) from my listed price after already (recently) reducing my price too.
Well really I need to sell, but obviously want more money!!! But I was quite gobsmacked when we sat there this morning and the agent read the settlement date.... 11th November 11/11/09
Had a reading recently also, saying I would have to make sacrifices, but couldn't work out what they might be, now I am wondering if it was a financial sacrifice and whether the 11/11/09 was just a nice prompt or a hint I need to sign on the dotted line and go on my journey!
Hmmmm......maybe I am reading too much into it..but I am rather confused and have to make a quick decision as they are chomping at the bit wanting the contract back!

I know I should meditate for the answers (still in basic training there!) and trust in my own gut feelings but it is such a life altering decision and I tend to analyse things too much!
Thanks for listening.

Hi Aly

I would NOT sign if it was me. But then again it all depends.. do you have time to wait for another offer?

Hi Mahsa,
Thanks for your opinion. I really need a contract on this place by Oct/Nov...and yeh that is a huge drop, but there is no guarantees that I will get another offer by then.
Alot of things around me are sort of saying that it isn't always about the money. I will be looked after if I ask for help when needed.
So hence the confusion!!!
I am thinking of putting in a counter offer, and then praying & concentrating all my positives thoughts on them coming back with a higher offer. Fingers crossed.

Hello Aly,
What a decision! Sounds to me like this decision is being guided already. The prompts might be indicating that you might be best to let go of the material attachment you have to selling this property, and that the outcome if you were to chose to sell your house now would be best for you and much happiness and great change will come out of it.
This is just my opinion. Always best to pray for higher guidence on this. But sounds to me like your inner knowing is telling you already.
Good luck
Reema

Hi Reema,
Thank you so much for your comforting words, I can really relate to what you have said.

I know I am about to embark on a great journey, and I feel I am supposed to let go and really simplify my life so that I can concentrate on what's really important.
Spreading love.

Hi Aly,
If the real estate is chomping at the bit (as you put it) to get the sale, perhaps you could at least try to raise the offer a little more. $44,000 is a lot of money to lose without trying to go a little higher. A loss of about $20,000 would be better. If you can afford to lose that much then go ahead and do it!! I will pray for a good outcome for you!!! Godbless

Thanks Min.....moving forward, progression, sacrifices are all things that I have been told as well. XOXO
Hi Lilly,
Thanks for the advice. I know the $44K would be great in my pocket, and well I wouldn't say I will be bathing in $$$ but....I think it is meant to be.
I have managed to gain another $10K off the buyer, so $34K doesn't sound quite as bad! Hee Hee!!! I am negotiating to get the real estate commission reduced if possible, but either way I will take the offer.
Then I will begin my journey full steam ahead!
I will be purchasing a fifth wheeler caravan and hitting the road on my travel/spiritual journey! Woo Hoo!!!

Hi Aly,
I was browsing the Ananda Sangha website
http://www.ananda.org/inspiration/books ... /contents/ and saw this lovely poem.
I immediately thought of you.
Thy Divine Gypsy
by Paramahansa Yogananda
I will be a gypsy—
Roam, roam and roam.
I will sing a song that none has sung!
I will sing to the sky,
I will sing to the winds,
I'll sing to my red clouds!
I'll roam, roam and roam—
King of the lands through which I roam.
By day, the shady trees will be my tent.
At night, the stars shall be
My candles, twinkling in the firmament;
And I will call the moon to be my lamp
And light my silver, skiey camp.
I will be a gypsy—
Roam, roam and roam.
I will eat the food which chance may bring;
I will drink from crystal sparkling spring;
I will doff my cap and off will go.
Like a wayward brook of long ago,
I will roll o'er the green
And scatter the joy of all my heart
To birds, leaves, winds, hills — then depart
To stranger and stranger lands, from East to West.
Oh! I will be a gypsy—
Roam, roam and roam!
But always, when I lay me down to rest,
I'll sing to Thee my gypsy prayer,
And find Thee, always, everywhere.
You are beautiful, lady...have a blessed journey!

Yet another synchro Guys!!
I was amazed at Gypsie Deb's red cloud video on FB, and moments later I read this:

I will sing a song that none has sung!
I will sing to the sky,
I will sing to the winds,

(...and I'm sure there was a snippet of her singing? Or perhaps it was the radio?)

A Gift by Deborah the Gypsie to all who read....
And may all the Gypsy love flow your way
For yet begins a glorious day
Let go of thy loads or yeh will turn kings into saddened toads
If thy is held onto a house of bricks
The mist will becometh OH so think
Fly with the wind behind your soul
Freedom will turn your world into GOLD
As the red dust rolls across the land
Remember the Gypsies are holding your hand

Remember the Gypsies are holding your hand
Hello my gorgeous sister Gypsy girl, and also to all on this amazing thread
This is so amazing...signs...signs everywhere... red dust (australia), Gypsies (travelling), selling house (new beginnings), 11:11 (love)
I was once told that God speaks through people and tonight after reading through the messages I cannot help but believe that all of you are being guided...the flow is amazing...and the poems
I always knew you had a talent for writing poetry sis...but this is such a beautifull message...remember the Gypsies are holding your hand...God I love that line...
Aly I feel sure whatever you decide it will be for your greater good...the love and support must be overwhelming...bless you... and know that there are two Gypsies over here waiting to give you shelter off the road whenever you need one, this is a family here as I am discovering and us Gypsies are known for our clannish ways

So long as you dont mind eating Porcupine stew bubbling over a cauldron under the stars
Just joking for the vego's out there...I could never kill anything even to save myself
Lots of love and Light to all of you
Light
