i feel like meditating

before i knew what all my 11:11 excperinces meant but i knew they were not coincidnce i started feeling the urge to meditate so i read some books about meditation and ive been meditating for almost a month
can anyone explain y i felt the urge to meditate?

Yes because that thought was put into your brain either by your Indwelling Spirit, or another angelic being. Same way as you get the urge to look in some direction, at the very right time to see a number you recognise.
