I felt my angel

I have been trying to contact my angel for months and recently he has given me signs to questions I have asked. But today I felt him through my body and heard his words, in my head not out loud. Im so happy he has finally made real contact, its so amazing.
He also told me his name, Jeff, through repeated occurances. Its sounds very normal but from what I have read other people have angels with normal names like heather and simon so I have no reason to doubt him.
