Hi Welles.
I think that sometimes souls do crave salvation (or "help"), although sometimes they definitely do not.
More often than not, souls crave the help of a deeply compassionate being, like Michael or Nebadonia, someone who knows them through and through, and doesn't judge. Maybe Nebadonia and Michael provide help by holding a nourishing space, for their child?
We can be instruments, to help with this, if we are a sincere, genuine and aligned. However, I think most of this process is energetic, and done, without speaking, but with attuned listening.
Holding someone in your heart, might be the best we can do.
