May not be related to this forum but was driving this weekend and a Black Bear crossed the road right in front of me. Never thought their where Black Bears in that area.

Interesting except from an Animal Totem website I came across. (An animal totem is like a animal spirit guide...)

Bear teaches us to respect our natural hibernation cycles. Just as Bear rests during winter and reawakens during spring, we need spaces of rest and rejuvenation. Bear calls us to awaken the potential within ourselves and the power of our unconscious mind. Bear reminds us there is a time for playfulness and a time to be assertive.

Thought that was kind of cool.

Thank you for the information about bears in relation to our spirit. The prompts have returned to me in full force and I had to revisit this thread. My sister is like a new person. Thank you all again.

Welcome back. But that thread makes me quite sad when I see how many of our dear friends are no longer here. I know we are just supposed to point folks in a direction, and let them go, but I become accustomed to the beauty of their wings.

I was away because I felt like a hypocrite advising folk when I just felt so numb and dead
for a few months. Happens now and then especially with the obstacles me and my family
were having to tackle. But we came through and I'm making the most of this happy phase.

Love you all, those before, those now here and those yet to come.
