Good Morning everyone!

I'm up a little early this morning..expecting a shipment in the next few days and it seems they always arrive with the sun in the morning. Hate to get caught in my Jammies. Gosh it is pretty this time of day... nice and cool too. Gonna be a good one.

I am giggling at the inside out and backwards stories. Lilly what is the odds that both you and your partner would be inside out on the same day. You two sound like a wonderful pair and a match made in heaven! I have been thinking about it but...I don't think I have done that yet...(plenty of time though) Mostly because I almost always wear jeans and it is hard to mix them up. I have worn two different kinds of shoes before though...to church at that! I used to put on one of each and ask my son who always told me the honest truth which one looks best. Well once we got pushed for time and I completely forgot I had two different shoes on.

PP, I'm glad you could have your meeting dispite the snow. What did the fifteen year old think of all the goings on? I remember having to take a broom to the satelite dish in a few of those cold Ohio snowstorms...luckily we could reach it. Had it been on the roof we would have just had to wait until the next thaw. Glad to have you back on line and I second what Lilly said a few posts ago...

Star I was thinking of you last night because I know how hot your summers can be...We heard it was 46 in Melburn yesterday. Are you have scorching temps too? Dress cooly and ...hee hee ...properly..no more changing behind the bus shelter. Bet Midwayer Sam had something to say about that.

I've been starting the process of getting the flat ready for a visit from Beaver. Can't wait! Just a couple more weeks and this lady is gonna have some girl company in the house! Whaa whoo!

Yep.. nothing to make your heart pound like taking off your skirt in the street, especially when you can hear people approaching. I think even Midwayer Sam is at a loss sometimes Yep, it's bloody hot. It's a bit cooler today, but it's cloudy so very humid.. Not quite as scorching as 46 but still pretty warm. I'm just glad we have air conditioning. I'm getting seriously *@!*ed off with summer because i want to wear my stockings and boots and nice coats.. i want to hibernate like a bear.

incredible isn'tr it.....this should be a novel in itself....

yes we enjoyed our evening although 2 still couldn't make it...

the 15 yr old,,,,sometimes amazes us,,,but I think he was a bit shy,,,when we asked him anything,,,he'd just say....I'm good,,,just listening......

I can't get to my dish,,,it's up on the highest peak,,,,just had to wait for the melt....and it melted ... although we're still tipping -3 C I may have to put some de-ice stuff on the driveway for early Fri a.m. when I go to pick up allan....but the main roads will be fine...so no worries...

gee, I don't think I mentioned what a great day we had last Sunday over at the frozen lake....

the guys were driving their ATV's (one at at time),,,and pulling a sled with someone on it...(no not me)...but I did walk out and take an arms length pic of myself out there....but haven't been able to shrink it enough yet....will try again....

so I guess if it gets too hot for you,,,,you two will have to stay up later, and nap in the afternoon,,,,siesta time....

I'm excited because my teeth are really starting to straighten out. I've had the braces on for nearly 3 months, and i can really see a difference!

Isn't it amazing what a little gentle tightening here and there will do. Glad to hear the soreness you experienced in the beginning is already starting to pay off. Have you had any trouble with them rubbing and irritating the mouth? I had periodic troubles with that...but my braces were probably much different since it has been nearly thirty years since they were removed.

George and I are happy as clams and having a pretty nice day. I like this getting up early with the sun. (Well in all honesty the sun has to make a pot of coffee, put on some eggs and toast, read the paper, and finally take a brisk walk around the neighborhood before it even thinks of waking me up. )Maybe it will become a habit yet though. Just have to make myself go to bed at a descent time for a while even if my body, like a little kids, whines to stay up a little longer.

Yeah, it's paying off for sure and after only 3 months! I have had some slight problems with ulcers but nothing major. They have definitely settled down, and now i'm starting to see the benefits. Other people are noticing as well.

I'm like an old lady.. i take my sleeping pills at 9 and am in bed by 9:30.. on work nights Then i'm up again at 6:30am. On weekends i sleep till at least lunchtime.

Have you heard any news about Gypsie?

And by the way, I'm not jealous or anything, really love the changing seasons, but it's been hovering around 0 degrees fahrenheit this past couple of weeks. Wind chill has been much colder.

Lynn are you still getting the snow? Five inches of pure fluff fell yesterday. It was like blowing on a thinck layer of dandelion seeds. I'm wondering if I'll even be able to see the spring flowers for the snow banks this year. Brr! Which reminds me I'd better check on the pellet stove, starting to see my breath.

Without holding my breath on this one,,,,I think we've passed our 'winter season'

well,,,sort of....

the temps have been at 5 C above,,,,,for the last few days,,,and at the lower altitudes there is no snow...

my driveway as of yesterday,,,looked like a driveway again not a tobaggan run....

today is blue skies and already 3C above freezing...so the melt is continuing at higher levels...(me)...

take care of your skin you southern 'hotheads',,,

Hi Everyone,
I'm making the tea and Coffee today....Mmm How does some pavlova sound??? Yum.. Of the cyber kind of course...lol
It's very hot here and we are in for a heat wave....45C on the weekend... I am lucky to have a portable air conditioner which dehumidifies as well. It keeps one side of the house cool thank goodness...last night I felt very restless and didn't sleep that well.
I will have to cancel an appointment today because it's far too hot...walking up a very steep hill where the car has to be parked...no way....not on a day like this....
Some of you have the opposite...well we can all still enjoy our drinks...better make some lemonade....or iced tea for the Southern Hemisphere folk.
Now may be a good time to meditate....so I will take the opportunity....thinking about you all and feeling glad to have such wonderful friends.....

Welll Hello you amazing loving powerful Angelic did I mention loving? Women, Men, Midwayers and Angels, I am alive

I am so overwhelmed reading the healing pages, I don't know where to start, so I thought I'd come back home to the Secret Coffee House and just say I LOVE YOU ALL

How strange this journey has been as I layed in hospital in Australia, texted to London and France then felt the love and healing washing over me at the strangest of times. Once a nurse asked if I was OK as I felt like a wosh go through my body but it was warm, she said I went bright red, funny that as I needed blood

I am only just home again and still feel quite weak, today I sat frozen sobbing watching the TV as the bushfire disaster unfolded before me, dear Lord please help those people.

I will post all the medical stuff on the other thread but yes PP it's been a big couple of years. Facing one's life like that has a powerful effect suddenly all those things which upset me no longer matter, what matters is today and being present. I am going to look deeply at the way I isolate then pull back. I know it stems from childhood but it is time to move forward. Not allowed to drink coffee anymore my kidneys seem to need me, so water for me. I can't believe this thread is so massive, who would have guessed, I think it's no longer our little secret....

Love to all Gypsie and thank you my friends my children were very afraid, I told them you were praying for us all, so you all helped two little boys who watched their mother blow up like a puffer fish then shrink within 48 hours, amazing....

I felt that I couldn't pop in the Secret coffee house thread while you were absent for so long!! I wore meself out healing you woman! hahaha Not that I care one bit and do the same for All You 11:11er's.

Don't fret too much about catching up neither...just rest and get well again!

I tell you something...when I started my healing, asking for help too, it was half an hour into it and I 'saw' Sandy and three other's, but couldn't make them out...I was just glad to see Sandra there. I went with the flow and some light came out of me and onto you. I forgot to ground myself and perk up my energy afterwards though! Bloody hell, I'm always doing that!

LILLY, what is Pavolova? I thought it were a Russian gymnast?? I'll check it out on Google? No coffee for me, unless it's instant, (still got a bit of a dicky tum)

PP, today it feels like Spring here. Blue skies, little nip in the air, but a positive warm breeze and birdies atweeting and the almond trees just starting to bud! The artist in me is coming out and I'm going to get snappy with my Pentax soon. Glad you're a Moderator now! That'll ease some of the 'patrolling' somewhat, haha! Oh and Lilly and Michelle too, of course!!

I've not been well, mentally as well as physically, just like last year. It MUST be S.A.D. Only thing that helps is watching a Brit comedy series called Only Fools & Horses!! Tranqu's & 'happy' pills don't help me at all, except to make me feel numb. God! Don't I bloody go on? Same stoopid problems all the time.
Phil just looked over my shoulder and made a lewd suggestion to cheer me up, the git! Something to do with that song Afternoon Delight! Yes, spring is here early!

I remember seeing you (Pet) once,,,,there was a huge circle of people, clapping , jumping up and down (sort of dancing but no room),,,a very joyous occaison whatever it was,,,,and you turned around and looked at me,,,,clapping away,,,happy as a lark....

I some energy spurt PP! But, the depression came back anyway! I stopped asking my Guides for help. Silly, I know! I wanted to feel very low...is that not a bit, what's the word?...masochistic??? AAAAAges ago I had ordered some Angel Cards (good ol' Doreen), and had forgotten all about them. Something kept nagging at me to open it, and when I did, I turned the very first card and the message resonated so deeply I laughed and cried at the same time! I'm ashamed to admit, I think I try the patience of a Saint/Guides/God???

This old friend of mine, Ms S.A.D? will probably remain with me throughout my life, and I don't even mind anymore. Just saying that, eleviates it a lot.

Hi All,
Just saying Good Morning....before leaving for a day of learning Business Admin.. There was a slip up in the Accounts department of other place I studied last year and it seemed as though I'd pocketed the money...as the cheque was in my name....I paid the fee in full in October last year. The silence on the other end of the phone and the questioning....( It upset me and brought back a lot of memories from the old job I was in where money was going missing left right and centre....making one's nerves on edge knowing someone was a thief)...It turned out that it was an error in their system....and I received a profuse apology....
The young girl questioning me realized she'd made a massive mistake in telling me this and should have got her facts straight before calling me like that...cried myself to sleep last night...not ashamed to say...what I endured at that job was disgraceful to say the least....This morning I'm all swollen eyed but up for the day. Thankyou for listening....

Boy, oh boy, I should have never posted my last post at 2 am on Tues,

when I got up to take Echo out about 8:30 am,,,,I said,,,WHAT!!!!!

there was a very fine hail coming down,,,which turned into snow and it snowed all b----y day....to the tune of 3 inches....

plugged up my sat receiver (up on the top of the roof),,,so I couldn't even get any email or go on the net all day yesterday....

but it is melting again,,,,blue sky,,,roads clear,,,(just not my driveway),


so my houseguest and myself will drive into town to go to healing night.

Pet,,,I'm glad you got the 'spurt',,,,I had a weird thing happen to my left hand that day,,,,perhaps it was that spurt that 'woke it up'....I dunno,,,it was very weird,,,,like my whole left hand all of a sudden came alive with little electrical shocks rippling through my hand...

and just why is it,,,,that when we help others so much without the blink of an eye,,,,that we put ourselves last,,,or even not at all....

I'm glad they found a way to bring the msg home to you....ASK....
you should take the card around with you for the day,,,and look at it every so often....

so,,,no,,,I don't think you'll have Ms S.A.D. around forever,,,,just compare the degree of the sad,,,,and the duration of the emotion,,,compared ...to...back when....and you'll see progress,,,

Dear Lilly,
It's those kinds of days I've begun calling a 'Step Back Day'. Instead of following my old pattern of getting all stressed out, not sleeping, eating too much, and worrying way too much what others will think of me.

I'm trying to train myself to step back and look at the big picture. Usually when someone gives me a difficult time they are probably dealing with their own stuff that I can't do anything about.

I'm a person of integrityand that means something.

This is a bump in the road, embarrassing yes, but not a complete roadblock,my life will go on. Try to look at it from a different perspective, "What is it exactly I'm suppose to learn from this?"

God will help me through if I ask, and in time it will be nothing but a bad memory. If I can forgive myself and those whose garbage I've taken on, it will be forgotten completely.

Not everyone is ready to see our true worth, but if we can, I think that's real progress.

You poor baby that job really hit deep, I'm sorry you are still in pain and maybe just maybe we can b.......dy meet up with Sandy. My God Sandy I still have your voice on my phone it is so beautiful. I told Billy if he ever goes for a casting for a Southern boy you can be his voice coach.

You know girls after thinking I was leaving this earth that night I realised much of my life has been consumed with believing really deep deep down did not like me. As some of you got closer I would step back further only to look on the site and feel sad I was not apart of the daily support and love. Meeting in person seemed terrifying and I just could not put my finger on why? Or what the #:@^* is wrong with me.

Then in the hospital on the second day I wok up with my mother holding my hand (she never touches me ) and crying, I kind of froze. In reflection I now understand the fear of women or the belief they wouldn't like me in person has grown from childhoood. Something has shifted inside me it's like it does not matter if the mothers from the school ignore me because their will always be people like that. I have been going to bed each night saying the name of every woman who has reached out (and man) and if my mind wanders of to a negitive spot or person I look for the light and i feel safe.

So Sandy and Lily we just have to meet even if only once I would love to hug you both (actually I want to hug you all but my arms don't reach) and say thank you....

Well, Harry is calling me to make the gravy, Jack only likes Mum's gravy. Oh PP we loved your advice on the boys, praise them for their efforts. This morning Jack said he couldn't make his toast because he does not know how to spread the vegemite, may take a bit of time

Your wonderful words have made me feel so much better..I must have picked them up when I was studying today at the Tafe....Please don't think I'm weak...you must understand these things went on for years... I'm looking with quite a bit of distance and was getting to at last feel normal...I'm being cleared out of all thoughts and feelings which are hindering my progress....crying is a release...moving to higher ground....I don't hold a grudge towards anyone....
Last night a face came so close up in the spiritual vision as if to say you are not alone....kind and loving. If I was pretending to have things all together...then I'd feel worse...one thing for certain is that I am human.
haha My sense of humour is intact so I must be ok....made of tough stuff is this old bird.....
Dear Gypsie I'm so glad you are on the mend and a get together would be lovely..... My favourite accent as well as Scots is Southern Belle....Sandy I can't wait to hear your voice now...
