Very cool...

Yesterday I was getting ready for work after my workout at the gym, just doing my hair in front of the mirror there in the locker room. A couple of women were nearby, and I over heard their conversation, but the one phrase that made me think was: Love isn't just a feeling, it's an act.

I want to Love all the time. This video sings volumes about how to do that: KINDNESS!
