11:11 and 12:12

Hello, I'm new

Basically, I read briefly about 11:11 and just dismissed it. But then I started to notice it, but also 12:12! Then one night at 12:12, I saw a light in my room, it looked kind of angel-like, bluish-white. Someone online told me it was an angel.

But in my past is the shameful mental illness. I went to the psychiatrist (I'm on medication) and he said it was all in my head and gave me more medication. Well, that didn't stop the time prompts and the light reappearing tonight (why I am up searching for answers)

Stuff that happened to me at 11:11 was mostly just checking the clock at that time, often I don't see it unless I am not thinking about it and I suddenly check the time.

Stuff that happened at 12:12:
When I first saw the light
when I called the mental health people the next day (it horribly upset me I was describing the number thing and I looked up and saw 12:12.)

Hello, I am here to comfort you and let you know that many of us seeing 11:11 have thought it was all in our heads at one point, but the fact that we are all in this together has made it a more comfortable reality for those of us who decided to search for answers online. I am not sure what mental illness you have but I hope that by telling you that it is not just you who is seeing these prompts I see 10:10, 12:12 and so forth. I am just curious and you don't have to answer, but what is the mental "ilness" your diagnosed with?

I have heard others speak of seeing light, bluish light, orbs and many other things that most skepticle mental health officials might scoff at. With that said though, I do not want to negate the work that these health professionals provide as many benefit from their expertise every day. But the area is grayed between known reality and the unknown and so much care must be given by both sides, health professionals and phychic researches, to not completely dismiss or promote an individual's experience without carefully contemplating each case for the underlying cause (illness) and/or the amazing revelation.
Please do not be ashamed of your mental health issues. Truly it is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a condition of the body, just as is cancer, diabetes or other physical ailments. Many, many people suffer some form and some degree of mental problems and those who haven't most likely have friends or family members who do so we all share a little in the ups and downs and heartaches of trying to make sense of life.

I cannot say yes you saw this light or no you imagined this light. But I believe that it is possible for the celestial beings like angels to contact us as I have experienced this in my own life and I'd like to think I am as sane as the next guy/gal. I feel no shame in talking of these more unusual happenings as I know from my own personal experience for this to be true. so I suppose that is the crux of it. We follow our nose and what we see, hear and feel for ourselves. The number prompts...they are in many ways an individual call to be happy... to function in a better way then ever before... to develop a positive "living in the now" life style and attitude where your inner light has a chance to grow, infect others and truly make a difference in the world.
