Yes the effect was good. I liked it.

That's why i'm very picky when it comes to books and infos.. I'm having a hard time trying to eradicate things that are not mine. Beliefs that are not serving me,beliefs that are not resonate with who i am and beliefs placed upon me from others.. The bad news is that it is very difficult to go again...
